Give your business professional call handling and the flexibility to stay connected wherever work takes you. MGI Business Phone combines business calling with a softphone for remote users, all through your configured MGI phone system.


**Your monthly service includes:**


- **A minimum of 4 phone lines**
- **One main business phone number**
- **A softphone for remote users** to make and receive business calls on supported devices with an internet connection

Build a calling experience around your business with available features such as:


- Auto-attendant greetings and department menus
- Employee extensions and ring groups
- Call queues with announcements and hold music
- Voicemail and voicemail-to-email
- Call transfers, forwarding, and parking
- Business-hours, after-hours, and holiday routing
- Conference calling
- Call history and optional call recording


Feature availability depends on your purchased software, licensing, and configuration.

**Monthly service—server and software purchased separately**


The **MGI Phone Server** and **MGI Phone Software** must be purchased separately. Desk phones, headsets, installation, and additional equipment or services are included only when specified in your order. Equipment shown in product images is illustrative.


Calling allowances, supported devices, additional lines, and applicable charges are defined by your selected service plan. This phone-only package does not include fax service or a fax number.

MGI Business Phone & Fax brings professional calling, flexible faxing, and remote-user connectivity together in one monthly service.

**Your monthly service includes:**

- **A minimum of 4 phone lines**
- **One main business phone number**
- **One dedicated fax number**
- **eFax, physical fax connectivity, or both**, based on your selected configuration
- **A softphone for remote users**, allowing employees to make and receive business calls on supported devices with an internet connection

**Professional features for your business**

Configure your phone system with an auto-attendant, employee extensions, ring groups, call queues, voicemail-to-email, call transfers, forwarding, call parking, conference calling, and business-hours routing. Additional features, including call recording, depend on the selected software and configuration.

**Fax the way you work**

Receive documents electronically with eFax, use a compatible physical fax machine, or combine both options. Electronic fax sending, viewing, and history are available with the appropriate fax configuration.

**Stay connected beyond the office**

The included softphone helps remote employees stay reachable through the business phone system while working from home or away from their desks.

**Purchased separately:** The **MGI Phone Server** and **MGI Phone Software** are not included in this monthly service and must be purchased separately. Desk phones, fax machines, adapters, installation, and additional services are included only when specified in your order.

Keep your Windows computer protected, maintained, and connected to MGI Support. MGI Endpoint Security brings security monitoring, maintenance tools, and computer health information together in one easy-to-use dashboard.

**Features include:**

- **Antivirus and malware protection:** Real-time protection, scheduled scans, definition updates, and threat reporting.
- **Ransomware protection:** Folder-access monitoring and controls, with MGI Support approval for trusted programs.
- **Managed Windows updates:** Update checks and installation based on your configured support policy.
- **Computer health monitoring:** Visibility into processor, memory, storage, and available hardware information.
- **Maintenance tools:** Browser and temporary-file maintenance to help keep your computer running smoothly.
- **Fix It assistance:** Address supported issues through guided actions and MGI Support controls.
- **Connection monitoring:** Heartbeat reporting and optional reminders when a laptop has been offline for more than three days.

**Your subscription covers one compatible Windows computer per quantity purchased for the selected term.** After confirmed payment, access your installer and enrollment instructions through the customer portal.

An internet connection is required for reporting and updates. Available actions depend on Windows capabilities and your configured support plan. Computer hardware is not included.
