Services And Use
These Terms govern your use of MGI Computers’ website, customer portal, support services, repair services, and related online features. Specific estimates, work orders, invoices, and signed agreements may contain additional terms. For the services they cover, those agreements control if their terms conflict with these Terms.
Accounts And Customer Information
Provide accurate contact and service information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access only accounts, devices, and records you are authorized to use.
You may not use our systems to send spam, distribute harmful software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, or submit unlawful content.
Service Authorization And Payments
Work, pricing, payment schedules, recurring billing, and service commitments are governed by the applicable estimate, work order, invoice, or contract. Additional work may require further approval.
Recurring payments require separate authorization. Turning off automatic payment does not cancel a contract or remove an outstanding balance. Contact MGI Computers to discuss cancellations, refunds, or billing disputes.
Devices And Customer Data
Before submitting equipment for service, back up important information when possible and tell us about any special data-handling requirements. Provide permission for the work requested and disclose relevant device restrictions. Any data-recovery or backup services should be identified in the applicable work order.
SMS Communications
When you opt in, MGI Computers may send text messages related to appointments, repair progress, service requests, and other authorized account communications. Message frequency varies based on your activity and services. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can opt out through the customer portal’s SMS preferences or contact MGI Computers for assistance. Opting out does not cancel services, contracts, or payment obligations.
Email Communications
MGI Computers may email you about support tickets, appointments, estimates, invoices, contracts, account security, and services you request. If promotional emails are offered, you may request to stop receiving them. Necessary service and account emails may continue.
Availability And Privacy
Website access and message delivery may be affected by maintenance, internet availability, or third-party providers. Contact MGI Computers directly when a matter requires prompt attention.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These Terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes And Contact
We may update these Terms and will identify the revision date. Changes do not automatically amend an existing signed agreement.
