Choose the account you sign in to. Company members and owner viewers use their own email address.

Can't access your account?

Use the right sign-in.
Staff use a username. Customers, owners and tenants use an email. These account types have separate passwords.
Open the email and choose a new password.
Reset links work once and expire after 30 minutes. If a link expired or was already used, request another one.
Sign in again.
Use your existing username or email and your new password. Resetting ends existing sessions for that account and leaves its records intact.

No email, wrong email or forgotten username?

Staff: ask your administrator to verify your Employee Management contact email, username and active status.

Customers and company members: contact the business to verify your individual portal email and access.

Owners, owner viewers and tenants: contact the property manager to verify your portal account.

An administrator must verify your identity before changing account access. Disabled accounts need an administrator; a reset does not reactivate them.

Forgot your register or approval PIN?

Email recovery changes your password only. Sign in with your password and use the permitted PIN controls, or ask your administrator to reset your PIN. Super Users with a recovery key can reset both below.

Email is not arriving?

Check spam and allow up to a few minutes. Repeated requests are limited; wait 15 minutes before trying again. Ask an administrator to test the shared SMTP connection in Email settings, check the Public HTTPS panel address in Business → Settings and review System Logs & Errors.

Super User recovery key

Use the recovery key saved during initial setup when you cannot use email. Successful recovery replaces that key and resets your password and PIN.

Lost the recovery key too? Contact another authorized administrator or your hosting administrator to restore email delivery and verify account access. Do not reinstall or delete the database to regain access.
