Costco members can now purchase a Peloton Bike Plus at 300 Costco locations and online this holiday season. Peloton announced Tuesday that starting Nov. 1, Costco members can purchase an exclusive Peloton Bike Plus bundle through Feb. 15, 2025.
This is the first time Peloton is partnering up with a retail store for the holiday season. Amazon and Dick’s Sporting Goods already sell Peloton bikes, but this partnership with Costco offers Peloton a new way to connect with other potential members.
Dion Camp Sanders, Peloton’s chief emerging business officer, said in a press release, “Costco members know they are shopping for high-quality products from trusted brands with the best value.”
The Peloton Bike Plus bundle will be sold for $1,999 in-store and $2,199 online, both of which include a 48-month extended warranty. The All-Access membership required to access all Peloton cycling classes and others will come at an additional cost of $44 a month. New users will also be able to create additional profiles for family members under their account.
This new partnership may make Peloton more enticing to a new subset of users and, if the outcome is positive this holiday season, lead to a more permanent relationship with Costco.
